Elivate Today LLC provides mindset coaching services, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching, group coaching, online courses, workshops, downloadable resources, and physical products. Services and products are intended to support personal growth and development. Results may vary, and no guarantees of outcomes or success are implied.

Eligibility

To use our website and services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information when requested (e.g., during sign-ups or payments)
Refrain from engaging in any unlawful or harmful activity related to our website or services

Coaching Disclaimer

Mindset coaching is a collaborative and non-clinical process focused on personal growth. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose or treat any medical conditions, and our coaching is not intended as a substitute for professional mental health services.

User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree you will not:

Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others
Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against others

Shipping

Physical Products: Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please allow processing time prior to shipment. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Elivate Today LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Digital Products: Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or email immediately upon purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Preorders: For preorder items, payment is collected at the time of purchase. Preorder shipping dates are estimated and not guaranteed. If a preorder item has not shipped within 45 days of the order date, an automatic refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payments

All coaching services must be paid for in advance or in accordance with the payment installment plan agreed upon at the time of purchase and signup. Prices for services are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any changes before they take effect.

Payment for all physical products, digital products, and preorders is due in full at the time of purchase. Digital products are delivered electronically and made available immediately upon purchase unless otherwise stated. By completing your purchase, you authorize Elivate Today LLC to charge the payment method provided for the total amount displayed at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. If a payment issue occurs, delivery or access may be delayed until the issue is resolved.

Refunds

Coaching Services: Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are not available once a session or program has begun. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Failure to cancel within the specified time may result in forfeiting the session.

Products: All physical and digital product sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective or is lost in transit. Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at elia@elivatetoday.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos, if applicable. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Preorders: If a preorder item cannot be fulfilled or has not shipped within 45 days of the order date, an automatic refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve concerns in good faith. Initiating a frivolous chargeback or payment dispute may result in limited or revoked access to our services and products.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services and products if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is deemed harmful or disruptive to our coaching process or community.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and downloadable materials, is the property of Elivate Today LLC or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elivate Today LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services. All services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results.
